Advice and answers from the Zibbet Team

If you're new to Zibbet, we'll try to detect what country you're browsing from and automatically assign your currency. If your currency isn't one of our 21 supported currencies, your currency will be United States Dollars (USD), by default.

If you're a Zibbet member, we'll remember the currency you previously shopped Zibbet with and this will become your default currency, unless changed.

There's a few ways you can change your currency:

If you're on a desktop computer, you'll see a flag and currency code in the top right hand corner of every page. Click this to change your currency.

If you're on a mobile, you'll see this same flag in the footer of every page.

On each product page, you can also click the currency code to change your currency.

If you're on a desktop, you'll see a modal open. Simply select your currency and click "Save your currency".

NOTE: If a sellers product is listed in a different currency to your browsing currency, we provide you with an approximate conversion based on current exchange rate data. Due to regular fluctuations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of the rates displayed on the site.

You will complete the purchase in your own currency.
