Contact a seller pre-purchase

To contact a seller within the Zibbet Marketplace, you'll first need to sign up to become a member

Once signed up, you'll need to confirm your account before you can contact a seller. 

We require these two things in an effort to reduce spam.

Once you've signed up and confirmed your account, you can contact a seller 2 ways:

1. On the product details page

On the actual product page, there is a "Contact" tab under the main image.

2. Via their storefront

Click-through to their storefront, and then click on the "FAQ & Contact" tab to see the contact form.

The seller will receive your message and they'll reply directly to your email address. You won't need to return to Zibbet to see their reply. Then, you can simply communicate via your normal email. It's as easy as that!

Contact a seller post-purchase

Once you've purchased from the seller, you can contact them one of two ways:

  1. You'll have their email address within the purchase confirmation email you receive from Zibbet, so you can simply email them directly.
  2. You can sign into your Zibbet account and contact the seller via your Purchases page. Click the "Actions" dropdown and you'll see a "Contact seller" option.
