Do I need a Stripe account to use Zibbet?
No, you can choose to only accept payments via PayPal. We recommend Stripe as it's a more seamless way for your buyers to pay you, which generally leads to a higher conversion rate of sales.
Is Stripe available in my country?
Stripe is currently available in 25 countries, and is expanding quickly. If Stripe is available in your country, you can accept payments from anywhere in the world.
What are Stripe's transaction fees?
Transaction fees vary from country to country, and are comparative to PayPal. Click the button below to see the fees for your country.
If an order is refunded, the associated fees will also be refunded back to your account.
When and how do I get paid from Stripe?
Funds are automatically deposited into your bank account on a 7-day rolling basis. A 2-day transfer may also be possible after your first transfer. Transfer schedules can also be configured via your Stripe account dashboard.

How do I contact Stripe?

Setting up your Stripe account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Head to General > Payment Methods in your Zibbet admin panel
2. Click the Connect Stripe button
3. You'll be taken to Stripe, where you'll be guided to fill out a form.
Note: If you've already got a Stripe account, simply sign in to connect.
4. Once you've filled in the form, simply click the Authorize access to this account button, and that's it!
You'll be taken back to Zibbet where you'll see that everything has been connected properly.
If you ever want to stop using Stripe, simply click the Disable Stripe button on your Payment Methods page, and that'll be done for you instantly.
