If your payment information has changed since you first signed up to Zibbet, then you'll need to update it in order for us to process your subscription properly.

To update your payment details, simply click your profile picture in the bottom-left hand corner.

Then, select the "Billing" option.

You'll be taken to a page where you can see all of your billing related details, such as:

  • the plan you're on
  • your current payment method
  • your billing cycle, and
  • when your next payment will be

To update your payment details, you'll need to click the button that reads "Update payment details".

Once clicked, you'll be presented with a modal where you can enter your new credit or debit card details, or pay with PayPal. 

Click the "Submit" button to complete the update.

Please note: You won't be charged anything. This is simply updating your payment details for the next time you are charged.
