You may need help for any of the following areas:

  • Payout status
  • Order status
  • Rejected products

You must be logged in to Facebook to contact support. From the Commerce Manager account that you need help with:

  1. In the Home or Education tabs, click Contact Us.
  2. Select your topics to let them know what you need help with.
  3. Write them a message and click Send when you're done.

They'll try to respond within 24 hours. Look for their response at your business email address. You can change this email address in the "Business info" section in Settings.
