Facebook has their own checkout system, which they're gradually rolling out to a global audience.

Currently, if your customer is based in the United States, they will get the new Facebook frictionless checkout process.

You'll be charged a 5% transaction fee, including shipping (minimum of US$0.40).

If a customer outside of the United States clicks the "check out" button, we will direct them to another Zibbet sales channel, based on the following logic and in this order of priority:

  • If the product is also published on your Stitch website, it will link to the product on Stitch.
  • If the product is also published on the Zibbet Marketplace, it will link to the product on Zibbet Marketplace.
  • If the product is also published on the A.C. Moore Marketplace, it will link to the product on A.C. Moore Marketplace.
  • If the product is also published on Etsy, it will link to the product on Etsy.
  • If you only have the Facebook Shop sales channel turned on, it will link back to itself, which essentially means a non-US customer will not be able to purchase it.

You can't customize this logic at this time, but we welcome your feedback. We've chosen this logic to save you the most money in fees.
