We've written another help guide, which outlines how you can add a product to a new sales channel individually, or in bulk. You should read that first for additional context.
Help Guide: How do I add a product to a sales channel?
This specific help guide will walk you through the workflow of getting your existing product onto the Etsy sales channel.
Once you have selected what products you'd like to add to the Etsy sales channel (refer to this help guide if you're unsure how to do this), you'll see a modal appear.
Select "Etsy" and click the "Continue" button.
You'll see another modal appear, which is letting you know that once you publish products to Etsy it incurs Etsy's $0.20 listing fee per product, which is paid to Etsy. You won't be charged until you have completed the rest of the steps.
You'll then be taken into the "Add channel workflow".
Select a Shipping Profile
The first thing you'll be asked to do is add a Shipping Profile to every product.
If there is a shipping profile is already assigned to the product, you can see this on the right-hand side.
You can click "Edit" to change the shipping profile.
You can also use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to bulk select and change the shipping profiles for multiple products at once. If you do this, you'll see a new button appear in the dark bar, called "Select a shipping profile".
Note: If you need to create a new shipping profile, you'll need to do on Etsy as Zibbet doesn't currently support the ability to create and edit Etsy shipping profiles on the Zibbet platform.
If a product doesn't have a shipping profile, you can still continue, but just keep in mind that this specific product won't be added to the Etsy sales channel (it also won't incur the $0.20 listing fee).
Select a category
Once you have added your Shipping Profiles, click the green "Continue" in the dark bar at the bottom of the page.
You'll then arrive at the next step, which is to add a Category to each product.
The way you have just added / edited shipping profiles (individually or in bulk), is the same way you'll do for categories.
If a product doesn't have a category assigned to it, you can still continue, but just keep in mind that this specific product won't be added to the Etsy sales channel.
Click "Continue" once done.
About this listing
The last step is to fill out the "About this listing" details, which is a required field on Etsy.
As mentioned above, you can do this individually or in bulk.
Once finished, click the "Publish" button in the dark bar at the bottom of your screen. Once done, your products will be made active on Etsy and available for purchase.
