It's important for your store to have clear policies surrounding things like:
- How long it will take for your customer to receive their order?
- Can they return the product if they're unsatisfied with their purchase?
- Can they get a refund, or an exchange?

Adding your Store Policies
- Go to the Customize Design page in your admin panel
- Click on the Information icon (3rd icon across from the top-left)
- Scroll down and you'll see the sub-headings mentioned above, for you to write your content under
- You'll see it update live on the right-hand side
- Don't forget to save your changes!
Your Store Policies will appear on the FAQ & Contact page, alongside your contact form.
