It's important for your store to have clear policies surrounding things like:

  • How long it will take for your customer to receive their order?
  • Can they return the product if they're unsatisfied with their purchase?
  • Can they get a refund, or an exchange?

We've given you plenty of space to answer these questions under the following headings:

  • Shipping information
  • Refunds, returns and exchanges
  • Additional information

Adding your Store Policies

  1. Go to the Customize Design page in your admin panel
  2. Click on the Information icon (3rd icon across from the top-left)
  3. Scroll down and you'll see the sub-headings mentioned above, for you to write your content under
  4. You'll see it update live on the right-hand side
  5. Don't forget to save your changes!

Your Store Policies will appear on the FAQ & Contact page, alongside your contact form.
